CONTINUING Education
Anchor Bay's Automotive service training is N.A.T.E.F. certified, meaning students can earn required high school required core credits that are required for graduation as well as earn articulated credits for post-secondary education. Supporters such as Macomb community college, Grand Rapids, Saginaw and Bay City community colleges are currently accepting our articulated credits. Students that decide to stay enrolled and complete a minimum of 3 semesters of our program will be considered a "Course" Completer", a completer will be given a service examination final presented by A.S.E. (Automotive Service Excellence). The M.L.R. examination (Maintenance Light Repair) will help students to enroll into and become accepted into most post-secondary opportunities for continuing education. The benefit of articulation credits is the reduction from tuition costs, all M.L.R. course completed credits will be transferred without any costs or considerations.
